CFP-STD-001: Editorial Style Standard v1.0
Purpose
Thiết lập chuẩn biên tập trình bày tối thiểu để mọi người và mọi AI trong hệ sinh thái CFP+ viết nhất quán.
Chuẩn này không thay thế Language Constitution; nó chỉ khóa quy ước dấu / ký hiệu khi trình bày metadata, tiêu đề, điều hướng, flow và hierarchy.
Core Rules
1) “:” = Label: Value
Dùng dấu hai chấm để biểu thị cấu trúc Nhãn: Giá trị.
Ví dụ:
•Knowledge Group III: Governance
•Status: Verified
•Domain: Governance
•Previous: Knowledge Group II: Human And Connector
•Next: Knowledge Group IV: Trust • Power • Data
•021: Self Sustaining Ecosystem
Quy tắc:
•Khi một cụm từ đang đóng vai trò “nhãn” (label) và phía sau là “giá trị” (value), luôn dùng `:`.
•Không dùng `•` hoặc `-` để thay cho `:` trong trường hợp label-value.
2) “•” = thành phần bên trong tên chính thức / danh sách khái niệm ngang hàng
Dấu `•` chỉ dùng khi nó là một phần của tên gọi hoặc một danh sách khái niệm ngang hàng (không phải nhãn–giá trị).
Ví dụ:
•Trust • Power • Data
•Faith • Hope • Love
•Protect Life • Restore Dignity • Build Legacy
•Charity • Fund • Plus
Quy tắc:
•Không tự ý thay `•` bằng `:` nếu `•` là một phần của tên chính thức.
3) “→” = Flow / Sequence
Dùng `→` cho dòng chảy, trình tự, hoặc chuỗi biến đổi.
Ví dụ:
•Intake → Review → QA → Publish
4) “↓” = Hierarchy / Progression
Dùng `↓` cho quan hệ phân cấp hoặc tiến trình theo chiều dọc.
Ví dụ:
•Principle ↓ Standard ↓ Template
5) “-” không dùng để thay cho “:” hoặc “•”
Dấu `-` chỉ nên dùng khi thật sự cần cho:
•mã tài liệu (ví dụ: CFP-IMP-070)
•quy ước phiên bản/technical identifier (nếu bắt buộc)
•gạch đầu dòng của markdown (list items)
6) Canonical Names
Canonical names shall remain unchanged.
Editorial formatting shall never modify the official name of a document, Knowledge Group, Knowledge Article, constitutional concept, or approved terminology.

7) Editorial Scope
Editorial standards govern presentation only.
Editorial changes shall not alter:
•Architecture
•Governance
•Metadata
•Numbering
•Canonical IDs
•Constitutional meaning
•Approved terminology
Any change beyond presentation requires the corresponding Source Of Truth.
Được phép:
•Đổi Knowledge Group III • Governance thành Knowledge Group III: Governance.
•Chuẩn hóa dấu : hoặc •.
•Sửa khoảng trắng, xuống dòng, định dạng.
Không được phép:
•Đổi tên một Knowledge Group.
•Đổi Trust • Power • Data thành tên khác.
•Đổi 001 thành 101.
•Thay đổi Metadata.
•Thay đổi Governance Boundary.
8) Checklist Standard (Functional Controls)
CFP+ does not use bullet lists for ordinary narrative content.
However, functional checklists are treated as operational controls rather than presentation elements, and may use the native Notion checkbox component.
Applies to:
•Verification checklists
•Publication checklists
•Quality assurance checklists
•Completion checklists
•Validation checklists
•Audit checklists
•Operational checklists
Reason:
•Notion checkboxes enable tracking, verification, and evidence recording.
•Replacing native checkboxes with plain symbols removes operational capability.
Scope boundary:
•This exception applies only to functional checklists.
•It does not apply to ordinary paragraphs, navigation, or descriptive content.
