Purpose

This document formally declares the completion of the CFP+ Architecture Phase for the current development cycle.

The constitutional foundation, architecture, metadata standards, registries, governance model, and implementation roadmap have been established and approved.

The CFP+ program now transitions from Architecture Design to Knowledge Engineering and Implementation.
